These days I drive approximately 10 hours a week. I could tell you a list of the negative things about all that driving, including car problems and constant dead bugs on my windshield.
Instead let me share the list of positive things I have discovered about driving 10 hours a week: I have a chance to slow down and find mental rest. I have time to listen to podcasts that inspire me. I get to watch our Earth slowly wake up from it's winter nap. The trees have started to bud, there are flowers along the highway. The clouds are fluffy and white instead of flat and gray. The days last longer and the sun feels warm again.
I can choose to look at my long list of complaints or I can choose to watch spring blossom.
So I choose pretty flowers - over dead bugs.
