It's the time of year in the midwest when our thoughts turn towards the nests we'll be cozied up in this winter. There's a bit to clean and freshen up, and some corners that beg for warmth. We're reaching for wooden-handled tools that feel good in our hands and keep the noise to a minimum. It seems appropriate to soften up our tables with a bit of linen or cotton, and warm our toes and the rest of us with rugs and blankets. These items are mostly made by hand, and all with respect for the environment and the humans who live here. Some are recent purchases and others are on our wish lists. All of them are lovely, and we couldn't wait to share them with you.
What are you using or saving for as the season changes? Any recommendations? Let us know in the comments!
